BeltLine Rail Now (BRN) supports transit-oriented development along the Atlanta BeltLine. It can provide affordable housing for the ‘missing middle’ and help people save money they would otherwise have to spend on a car. We hate to point out the obvious, but to do that, you have to have transit.
Building the BeltLine without the rail has accelerated rising rents and home prices around the heart of our city. Affordable housing is quickly disappearing. It’s late… but it’s not too late. It’s time to do damage control.
