Say Whaaaat?
Atlanta Beltline Inc. (ABI) has announced the start of design for the Murphy Crossing Beltline infill MARTA station. Join ABI at Wild Heaven Brewery from 6:30 to 8:00 PM on Thursday, October 29th for this public meeting. It’s been 3½ years since the mayor announced he wanted to see 4 MARTA infill stations on the Beltline, and Atlanta Beltline Inc. is starting the 15% design phase for Murphy Crossing this week. (why MARTA isn't designing a MARTA station is one question inquiring minds want to ask).

How much will the station cost, and who’s footing the bill?
How long will the design take to complete?
When would construction begin?
Will Beltline rail open before the Murphy MARTA station?
How long a walk from the Beltline to the station could it be?
What needs to happen to get this station built—and what could cause more delays?
Show up, ask questions, and help keep Beltline transit moving forward.
