This is an exciting, yet crucial time for putting rail on the Atlanta BeltLine. In the past year, we have seen real progress towards the first tracks being laid on the BeltLine with the MARTA board voting last week to seek bids for extending the streetcar to the BeltLine and then continuing it to Ponce City Market.

Still, nothing is guaranteed until we actually see rail on the BeltLine.  We want to talk to you about how we ensure that actually happens, and what your hopes and priorities are for the future of BeltLine rail. 

We will be hosting an open event this Sunday where you will have the chance to:

• Meet fellow transit advocates!

• Give feedback on your priorities for transit expansion

• Hear about the current work of BeltLine Rail Now's advocacy

• Learn about ways we want to expand our efforts, and how you can help
